Billing questions
How long does the exam pass last?
Until the last day of the exam sitting you choose. For the March 2027 sitting that is March 14, 2027.
What if I need to sit the exam again?
Buy a new exam pass: it covers the next sitting. Or continue month to month at $39.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan on your Account page after you sign up. We currently take Interac e-Transfer and switch your access on as soon as payment arrives; online card payment is coming soon.
Can I get a refund?
Once your access starts, payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires. That's why the free sample lets you try every section first. Cancelling a monthly plan stops future payments; you keep access to the end of the month you paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: every account includes a free sample of every section, with no time limit: 12 General MCQ items, a TPAO case, an OSCE station and 15 flashcards.
Can I share my account?
No. Accounts are for one person and can be signed in on up to 3 devices at a time.
